The seller got it to me very quickly...but after that, things were "downhill". The instructions are universal in that some parts apply to certain models, but when you are assembling it, the buyer cannot always tell which part of the universal instructions apply. The screws for the two fenders were not aligned correctly, in that no matter how I screwed them in, one or two screws would never go in straight or all the way...consequently, my daughter (for whom the bike was purchased) now has two screws that have just loosened from friction (I definitely screwed them in TIGHTLY upon assembly!) and are now lost! But most disappointing is the seat! No matter how tightly I have screwed the bolts for the seat, it STILL keeps moving while she is riding it! It drops down if she sits too far up and drops back if she sits too far back...not very safe for riding! (or comfortable). [...]...It's just cute.
