The bike seems good, but there is added expenses...the pedals are plastic, i did not even make it around the block before one fell apart, customer support is sending me a new pedal, hopefully it will last longer...all in all this is a very nice bike for the money...and Bikebuyers.com was responsive and friendly P.S. retro metal pedals can be purchased for 14.95 plus s&h
